This program is located in an old schoolhouse at 29 Nolan’s Point Road in Lake Hopatcong. The building was completely renovated in 1995.
The preschool program provides full day childcare services for children ages 2 through 5 years old. Our hours are 7a.m. to 6 p.m. There are 3 groups, which are based on the age and or the developmental level of each child.
Low staff to child ratios are maintained in each room in order to best meet the needs of the children.
The Center participates in the Child Care Food Program. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided daily. Meals are prepared on site by our cook.
Children play outdoors daily (weather permitting) in our large shaded play areas.
Our curriculum provides activities that are geared to the developmental levels of the children. Learning Centers include art, math, fine motor skills, large motor skills, social skills, self help skills, creative play (blocks and housekeeping) pre-reading and literacy and science.
